04 — A visit
Three things help: what is happening, whether the water or gas is off, and who will be home.
A real span of time, not a shrug. If it is an emergency, we say so and we move.
You can say no. A diagnostic visit is the only charge when a diagnostic was the visit.

05 — Sample notes
Fictional sample notes, written for this demo. Not reviews from a real platform, and not from real customers.
They talked me through the shutoff from the driveway, then showed the price before anyone opened the closet. The house was warm before supper.
A Sunday sewer backup. They came, kept the mess in one bathroom, and did not treat the panic like a sales visit.
Two water heaters in six years from the last company. Rowan Pike put in one tankless, explained the vent, and left the closet cleaner than they found it.

Yes. A diagnostic visit is $89 in this demo’s sample guide, and it is credited if you go ahead with the repair the same day. You hear that before we roll.
For an active leak or a no-heat call in the night-crew neighborhoods, the aim is to be moving within a few minutes and at the door inside the hour. Glassmere and Calder Heights are scheduled, not promised at midnight.
Yes. Gas furnaces, boilers, and water heaters. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas utility from outside before you call us.
Yes. That is the rule. If we open a wall and the job changes, we stop and price the change before we continue.
If you can reach the main shutoff without standing in water, turn it clockwise until it stops. If a ceiling is dripping onto a water heater, switch that breaker off. A photo helps. Do not stand in water near a live panel.
The House Call plan is a fall heat check and a spring cooling check. The sample price is $149 a visit. We leave written notes, not a sticker and a mystery.
